Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love your Floatello product. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
How to start a return
- Email us at support@floatello.com with your order number and the reason for return (optional).
- We'll send you the return instructions and return address within 24–48 hours.
- Ship the item back to us. Once we receive and inspect it, your refund is processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Return conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products should be in resalable condition where possible. Normal signs of testing (inflating, short use in water) are perfectly fine — that's what the guarantee is for.
- Please include your order number with the return so we can process it quickly.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or develops a defect within the guarantee period, contact us at support@floatello.com with photos or a short video. We'll send you a free replacement immediately or issue a full refund — your choice. You do not need to return a damaged item unless we ask you to.
Return shipping costs
For damaged, defective or incorrect items, we cover all return costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.
EU / Statutory right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Our 30-day money-back guarantee goes beyond this statutory right and does not limit it in any way. To exercise your statutory right, simply contact us at support@floatello.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
